The information on this website has been supplied honestly and as accurately as possible. We always strive to eradicate any errors but they may happen. As with all manufacturers, specifications may change from time to time so please confirm any details before ordering.
Delivery
We use carrier companies for our deliveries.
Deliveries will either be in a lorry for larger items or a van for smaller items. Drivers are under no obligation to help you inside with your order.
The driver will attempt to get your order as close to your house as possible. For gravel/stoned or narrow drives this may be difficult for larger items. The driver will deliver to the closed accessible point. If in any doubt contact us.
Delivery normally takes place within a 1 week – 2 week period or maybe sooner.
A redelivery charge may result if no one is there to accept the delivery. Unless you inspect the unpacked goods, please do not sign for the delivery.
Free Delivery only applies to online purchases only
Delivery Delay
If an order is delayed in transit, which is beyond our control we will do everything possible to track down your order.
Its best not to book anyone to fix or install your order until it has arrived. Consequently we will not be liable for potential costs incurred for a late delivery, taking time off work to accept a delivery (even if late) and any related loss of earnings is not our responsibility.
Cancelling an order & refunds
Customers if they wish can cancel their order with 7 days after receipt of their goods.
A refund will be given within 14 days of notice of cancellation. A deduction will be made to cover the cost of the delivery.
The responsibility is on you to return the goods – we can advise on carriers if required.
The goods must be packed for return to the standard of the original delivery. If not this is taken into account.
The goods must be returned in the condition received ie not having been fitted, installed or damaged in any way.
We will repair or replace any part of the item which has been damaged prior to delivery or during unloading.
Items damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
